The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and kind. Hat off to Mark and Sian (I think that's how her name is spelled) who were particularly hospitable and make sure we were taken care of. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very nice, and the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The cherry on top is the historical indoor heated swimming pool. Such a hidden gem! We will definitely be staying here again.

Our family loved the little details like the smell of the lobby, the family movies and popcorn in the pool room on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the hotel was perfectly located. We were able to walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Chicago 360, Chicago Theatre, London House, Riverwalk, etc.

Room was clean, updated and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the city amazing! Delicious breakfast, gorgeous vintage pool, what isn't to love about this cool historic hotel? Everywhere you turn, you'll enjoy the feeling of the 1920's Era. We thoroughly loved the experience and will definitely stay again!

Location was fantastic. We walked to the Bean, shopping, food all with ease. The pool was awesome, they had a movie night in the pool and provided popcorn and lemonade. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Hotel had lots of explore within itself.
