InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, an IHG Hotel

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the little details like the smell of the lobby, the family movies and popcorn in the pool room on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the hotel was perfectly located. We were able to walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Chicago 360, Chicago Theatre, London House, Riverwalk, etc.

The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and kind. Hat off to Mark and Sian (I think that's how her name is spelled) who were particularly hospitable and make sure we were taken care of. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very nice, and the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The cherry on top is the historical indoor heated swimming pool. Such a hidden gem! We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic location right on Michigan Avenue. Staff was fantastic and the room is very clean. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. We wanted to take our seven year old because she loves to swim in the pool did not disappoint.

Room was clean, updated and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the city amazing! Delicious breakfast, gorgeous vintage pool, what isn't to love about this cool historic hotel? Everywhere you turn, you'll enjoy the feeling of the 1920's Era. We thoroughly loved the experience and will definitely stay again!
