Everyone was Friendly and professional. The location is Great! We were there for our anniversary, so the front desk sent us a bottle of sparkling wine. It was a very nice touch to make our stay feel special.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the little details like the smell of the lobby, the family movies and popcorn in the pool room on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the hotel was perfectly located. We were able to walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Chicago 360, Chicago Theatre, London House, Riverwalk, etc.

The pool! One of the beat indoor hotel pools i have ever seen! Iconic..otherwise location is good and the restaurants in the hotel are good quality

This hotel is our go to in Chicago for years and this time was absolutely perfect! We love the pool and the hotel views and the service was just outstanding; from front desk to house keeping and engineer (as we had a bit of trouble with one of our electrical adapters ☺️) all staff was amazing and made us felt at home!

Location is perfect, near to almost everywhere, sightseeing and restaurants; Breakfast was fresh and delicious; waiter/waitress were so nice and provided excellent services. Swim pool and Sauna were great for a long day.

The property is located at amazing location with easy access to almost anything you can ask for while in Chicago. The facilities are great and offer wide array of options.

Room was clean, updated and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the city amazing! Delicious breakfast, gorgeous vintage pool, what isn't to love about this cool historic hotel? Everywhere you turn, you'll enjoy the feeling of the 1920's Era. We thoroughly loved the experience and will definitely stay again!
